OTIS offers FREE USPS Ground Shipping on all orders. If you would like your item faster, we also offer UPS 3-day, 2-day and Overnight shipping options (rates shown at time of checkout).

Shipping and Handling Charges

All shipping and handling charges can be viewed at time of checkout. In the rare case that shipping and handling charges exceed the amount shown, we will notify you. The state or province may require tax to be applied to shipping and handling charges. Any shipping carrier may be used and will depend upon the location of fulfillment.

OTIS USA does not currently ship to locations outside of the USA. We will be shipping to Canada and South America in the future. Please sign-up to receive our newsletter or to be alerted when OTIS begins shipping to your region.
