Returns Policy

Full price purchases made online are available for refunds only; exchanges are not permitted. Any purchases made at a discounted rate are not available for returns. If you do wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original items for a refund and then make a new purchase at www.otiseyewear.com .

We want you to love your OTIS product. If you are not completely satisfied, we will issue a full credit on returns received within 30 days or the original purchase date. You don’t have to pay for return shipping – we’ve got you covered!

To Process A Return Request:

Step 2 – We will email you a pre-paid USPS return shipping label, which will include your return # at the base. Please make note of this "RA" number for reference if needed. Return shipping is on us!

Step 3 – Return items must be in OTIS packaging, in new condition.  Apply the USPS shipping label to the outside of the box.

Step 4 – Drop off at your nearest post-office.

Products may be returned if the items are unworn and in the same condition as when they were received. All items must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once your return is received and approved, a credit will be issued based upon your original form of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any shipping charges. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the item you received was either incorrect or defective.

Only products purchased via otiseyewear.com may be returned for a refund. OTIS is not liable for goods in transit. OTIS recommends that all returns be safely packaged and insured at your cost. All return paperwork must include full name, return address (no PO Box), contact number, email address and proof of purchase (if a warranty is being claimed).
