Nigel Petrie hails from the southern surf coast of Australia and while most are paddling out in the winter swell he's grinding away in the garage seeking a different kind of flow state....
“The inspiration behind this bike was the mid 1960’s era when desert racers modified street bikes to battle it out in the arid Californian Badlands, these days there a bike for every occasion but when I was asked to build something for a day at QLD Moto Park I thought it’d be a great idea to try and rangle this 1170cc BMW around the motocross track and I had the time of my life doing it”
