Every OTIS frame can be made to your prescription — sun, clear or photochromic.
Build your lenses
On the frame page choose your lens type, vision type and lens color. The price updates as you go.
Add your prescription
Upload a photo or PDF of your script and we’ll read the values across, or type them in yourself. No script on hand? Check out now and add it later from My orders.
We cut, you wear
Each pair is made to your prescription in our lab — allow 1–3 weeks. Your itemized invoice is emailed to you, so you can claim through your vision plan, FSA or HSA.

What prescriptions can you fill?
Single vision and progressive lenses, in standard and high Rx powers. If your script sits outside the range we can make, our customer support team will get in touch before your order goes to the lab.
How do I send you my prescription?
Upload a photo or PDF of your script while you build your lenses and we’ll read the values across, or type them in yourself. Ordered without it? Add your prescription any time from My orders.
How long does it take?
Allow 1–3 weeks. Every Rx pair is cut and fitted to your prescription in our lab, so it takes longer than a stock pair.
Can I use my vision benefits?
We don’t bill insurers directly. Your emailed invoice is itemized, so you can submit it to your vision plan, FSA or HSA administrator for reimbursement.
What if my prescription changes?
Get in touch with customer support and we’ll talk you through re-lensing your existing OTIS frames.
OTIS prescription lenses
OTIS Rx lenses are made to your script and finished with scratch-resistant, anti-reflective and UV-protective coatings as standard. Everyday Clarity CR-39 lenses suit our acetate frames and everyday wear; Active Protection polycarbonate lenses are built for 6-base sun frames and impact resistance. Both are available clear, polarized or as Transitions, in standard and high Rx powers. No lens is scratch proof, but the coatings we use hold up to daily wear.
Sustainability runs through the collection too. Our Eco Acetate frames are certified biodegradable at the end of their life, and we work with our suppliers to keep materials responsibly sourced.
