There’s something about getting together with a crew of your mates and heading down the coast. It could be a week. It could just be a single day. But connecting with mates, having a laugh, and exploring secret corners is one of life’s simple, and essential, joys.
OTIS ambassador Jay Davies gathered some of his mates recently for a sneaky run to a favourite spot in West Oz. No one around. Clear blue seas. Sun shining. Swell pumping.
Like any good mission with mates, the fun was in egging each other on. Jay and the boys paddled into waves they probably wouldn’t have bothered with solo—throwing themselves over ledges mostly because someone was hooting from the shoulder.
All in all, a killer day to hang out... and to see our favourite wayfarer frame Out of Sight out in the wild.
Another good one for the books. Another reminder we should do it more often. Probably will.
