WHAT'S COVERED UNDER WARRANTY WITH MY OTIS EYEWEAR?

Our Lifetime Warranty covers you against defects in materials and workmanship ONLY. Damage to lenses, frames and other components caused by traditional wear and tear are not covered under warranty. Damage as a result of mishap or misuse is also excluded under our warranty policy. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. In the case that your sunglasses have defects in materials and/or workmanship, please submit a warranty claim. 


Where a warranty claim is accepted, OTIS has the right to repair or replace at no cost to you. If not deemed to be a valid warranty, OTIS will offer a suitable replacement at a reasonable charge, subject to availability and the discretion of the OTIS brand.

WHAT ISN'T COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?

Scratched and broken lenses are not covered under warranty. Mineral glass is the strongest, most durable, optically-correct and scratch resistant lens material available in the market, but it is NOT SCRATCH PROOF. All OTIS lenses exceed the strictest Australian, USA, and European standards for quality and strength. However, mineral glass lenses can scratch or crack if not cared for properly.  You’ve worked hard for the money used to purchase your new OTIS Eyewear. Please handle them with care and caution, so they can continue to provide the comfort and clarity you’ve come to love and appreciate.
